DUE NOW! Every four (4) years by September 1st Hazardous Waste Generators who manifest >26,400 lbs (about 3,000 gallons of aqueous waste) of hazardous waste or 24.6 lbs (about 3 gallons) of extremely hazardous waste are mandated to document their waste reduction efforts and develop reports and plans showing the results. Previous reports were submitted to DTSC, however compliance is now determined as part of the periodic inspections by the Orange County CUPA.

Come learn what is required to be in your Source Reduction Evaluation Plan, Hazardous Waste Management Performance Report and Summary Progress Report (SPR) so that you'll be in compliance once your CUPA Inspector arrives. The OC CUPA will provide a summary of what their inspectors will be looking for when they visit to inspect and review your plans!
