Panel, Luncheon and Training Fees:
Members: $79 first person, $59 each additional person through June 12, 2019, thereafter $105 and $65.
Non-Members: $99 first person, $89 each additional person through June 12, 2019, thereafter $125 and $85.
If you prefer to attend only the panel and lunch or only the
lunch and training, deduct $20 from the above fees.

Cancelled Reservations must be received by 6/17/19. Late Cancellations cannot be refunded. Unpaid “No Shows” will be billed and must be paid.
